Front of House Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to oversee and manage a reception, concierge team, and everyday duties for a busy hotel reception, exclusive golf resort, and reservations department.
This role will ensure a seamless guest experience upon check-in and departure and during their stay. It will also encompass overseeing everyday operations in a golf environment with Front of House Management and front office department.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a reception, concierge team, and front office department in a 4* / 5* hotel environment
* Oversee daily operations in a golf environment
* Ensure exceptional leadership, communication, organization, and time management skills
* Foster a commercially focused approach with attention to detail
Requirements
* 2-3 years' experience as Front of House Manager essential
* Proven track record of managing a team within a 4* / 5* hotel environment
* Proficient in Office Suite, Hotel booking systems, and CRMS
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of the overall hotel management team
* Flexibility to work early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
Package Offered
* Competitive salary between €40,000 – €50,000 Per Annum dependent on experience and qualifications
