HRManager to join their team in Dublin.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide coaching, mentoring, and management to foster a high-performance culture within the
HRteam, ensuring consistent performance and development.
Apply strategies to improve organizational effectiveness, leadership development, workforce enablement, and change management.
Promote a positive employee-employer relationship that emphasizes diversity and ensures equal access to opportunities for all employees.
Encourage a collaborative
HRenvironment and work cross-functionally to deliver on actions that benefit both employees and the business.
Bring knowledge and expertise in key
HRareas, with a focus on service centers, centers of excellence, and
HRoperations.
Partner with business leaders to align
HRstrategies with business needs, and building strong, trusting relationships at all levels.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native/fluent in English (C1), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
3-5 years of HRBP experience at a senior level in a fast-paced environment, ideally in technology, sales, or BPO sectors.
2+ years of experience managing an
HRteam.
Previous experience handling employee relations in Ireland, with exposure to other European countries a plus.
Solid knowledge in workforce effectiveness, planning, gap analysis, and development.
Proven experience supporting and contributing to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
Demonstrated ability to support culture and organizational change, driving positive people outcomes in alignment with business goals.
Strong ability to work effectively and collaborate with teams across diverse, global, and geographically distributed environments.
Skilled in managing multiple priorities and making informed decisions in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Highly organized, deadline-driven, able to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
Demonstrates the highest level of integrity and sound judgment.
