Your Role
As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales of additional products and services into our customer base across multiple sectors in organisations. You will understand and uncover your clients' needs to ensure you offer the best and most valuable solution.

What We're Looking For
* A proven track record of meeting sales targets in a business development/customer sales environment.
* Extensive work experience as a client account manager or similar role.
* Adept at qualifying leads, reaching the right contact, prioritising the pipeline, and closing deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
* An understanding of the decision-making structure in mid-size to large companies.
* The ability to thrive in a performance-oriented environment, with a competitive nature and desire to grow a career in software sales.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with customers.
* A proven ability to identify and develop customer sales opportunities.
* A proven understanding of sales metrics and using them to plan for success.
* A strong, repeatable, and reliable sales methodology to plan and develop sales.
Expected Tasks
* Discovering and fostering own leads utilising online and offline resources in a territory of named customer accounts.
* Generating new business opportunities by targeting all named customers in your territory.
* Full sales cycle management - from generating upsell leads, demonstrating solution value, pricing, negotiation, and closing.
* Building a strong pipeline of relevant opportunities to deliver against sales targets.
* Reaching key decision-makers to upsell additional SAAS software or industry-leading managed services in a complex sales cycle.
* Developing skills necessary to transition into senior sales roles.
* Building and maintaining an in-depth understanding of our product and services by working closely with presales, management, and peers.
* Liaising with Service Delivery and Implementation to ensure a smooth and professional handover between SD Worx and the customer.
* Attending events to network and create leads, with interest in SD Worx solutions.
* Working with our Marketing team to identify leads gathered from webinars and events.
* Achieving and consistently exceeding monthly sales goals.
* Proactively maintaining your pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
* Tracking and ensuring that client issues are resolved and managing expectations both internally and externally.
