Job Description
We are seeking innovative and enthusiastic nursing professionals to join our clinical based teams in the Connacht region, providing high-quality standard of nursing care in the community.
Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical services to patients in an effective and caring manner to a high standard that meets best practice.
* Maintain accurate electronic patient records and deliver timely reports after each visit.
* Collaborate with the nursing director and clients' multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Competencies:
* Cannulation & Phlebotomy Skills Essential
* Demonstrable IV therapy experience, including central venous access devices
* High degree of self-motivation
* Evidence of personal and professional development
* Effective administration and attention to detail
* Good time management skills
* Demonstrable computer skills in Word (preferable Microsoft Office)
* Excellent communication skills for presenting to multidisciplinary teams
* Able to quickly build rapport with new contacts
* Flexible and adaptable to change
