South Dublin County Partnership is hiring for the position of Mental Health Lead.

Reporting to: Senior Health and Wellbeing Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Oversight of Heads-up Programme’s and implementation of Head’s up strategy.
2. Developing new Psycho Education programmes and/or amending current programmes to meet the needs of the local communities.
3. Promote Positive Mental Health in local communities and Staff of SDCP.
4. Work with H&W team to develop clear pathways across internal mental health services in SDCP (e.g., counselling, social prescription, programmes).
5. Develop and monitor procedures and protocols in the mental health services in SDCP.
6. Develop external relationships to support referral pathways for service users.
7. Collate funding applications and reports for funders/senior management Team.
8. Other duties as they arise.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. A BA in Psychology/counselling/mental health promotion.
2. Experience developing and delivering psychoeducation programmes.
3. Experience working with people with mental health difficulties.
4. Experience working with Salesforce or other similar platforms.
5. Higher Diploma/master’s in psychology, Health promotion or related field.
6. Experience with WRAP.
7. The salary for this position circa €50,000 will be based on the successful individual’s qualification and experience.
8. Excellent Pension of 10% employer’s contribution after successful probation period.
