We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Remote Resourcing Advisor to join our growing team! You will be responsible for partnering with our stakeholders and delivering recruitment support while promoting Sodexo as an Employer of Choice.

Role Responsibility
* Help to develop and deliver brand and attraction interventions, ensuring best-in-class recruitment communication materials and a compelling online presence.
* Deliver against KPIs of quality, time, cost, sourcing mix, and candidate/line manager experience, each routinely tracked and reported.
* Engage with segment hiring managers to forecast and support planning and prioritization of resourcing needs on a short, medium, and long-term basis.
* Deliver segment campaigns and recruitment drives for your portfolio, working alongside the hiring managers.
* Ensure the effective utilization of the ATS and social media to build a bank of talent.
* Be a true Brand Ambassador by promoting Sodexo’s social media presence and engaging managers in the use of these tools.
* Utilize and engage hiring managers and existing employees to promote Sodexo as an employer of choice.
The Ideal Candidate
You will demonstrate hands-on experience of what excellence looks like in the end-to-end resourcing process, as well as a track record of delivery. You will be able to utilize creative and effective ways of sourcing quality candidates directly, with the confidence and interpersonal skills to approach passive candidates.
You will be highly organized and disciplined in managing workload and the resourcing process, including utilizing technology (particularly ATS, scheduling tools, and online resources) for efficiency. This role requires the ability to consult, plan, and think ahead, with hands-on experience in different selection and assessment techniques.
You will build influencing skills to relate effectively to a diverse community of hiring managers, understanding their needs while being flexible and responsive. You will communicate best practices and apply your expertise effectively.
