We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team at a renowned restaurant in Dingle, Co. Kerry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Head Chef in maintaining high-quality cuisine and hospitality standards
* Organize and run services smoothly, managing kitchen operations and staff
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Strong leadership and teamwork skills
