Duty Manager for residential emergency accommodation centre.
Reporting to: Centre Manager
Mix of Day and evening shifts Monday - Friday with infrequent day time weekend cover required.
Main Duties and responsibilities:
* Assist residents with queries regarding service providers or local information, printing etc
* Oversee the centre and ensure residents are following the house rules
* Ensure staff are performing their tasks and following reporting procedures
* Be a responsible person in charge at the centre
* Communicate with colleagues and residents
* Office Admin such as emails and other support tasks
* Perform basic security tasks - for example, be responsible for cameras and gate access
Full training will be given but might suit someone from a hospitality, admin, supervisory or security background
