My client is one of Ireland’s most recognised brands in the Irish services sector and is currently recruiting for a sales person based out of their south country Dublin office. There will be a mix of both office and field-based sales involved in this role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver excellent customer experiences; be aware of customer needs; make decisions with customer in mind; build strong customer relationships (internal / external).
2. Achieve and exceed goals; push self and others for results.
3. Adjust effectively to new work demands, processes, structures, and cultures.
4. Deliver accuracy and precision in work products; mindful of technical requirements, rules, and standards.
5. Be systematic and methodical in working through a plan or problem; provide solid research on which to base decisions; establish process for workflow.
Qualifications:
1. Previous sales experience including cold calling.
2. Target driven, self-motivated, and a will to succeed.
3. Excellent communication and IT skills are essential along with good organisational and time management skills.
4. To work within a successful sales process with Outside and Inside Sales.
5. Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
6. Good geographical knowledge of Dublin.
7. Full clean Irish driver’s license.
8. Identify key buying influencers within prospects' businesses.
