CUSTOMER SERVICE
1. Greet each customer in a warm and friendly manner
2. Respond to customer’s questions quickly and accurately
3. Determine customer’s needs and direct them to the appropriate sales associate
4. Provide the highest level of customer service to each customer
5. Assist the sales associates in resolving all client problems and other tasks as per business need
OPERATIONS
1. Unpack, hang/fold merchandise, and secure security tags when needed
2. Adhere to work schedule, inclusive of time and attendance
3. Comply with all Point of Sale policies and procedures
MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE:
To support the sales team and deliver the customer service promise by creating an organized and pleasant shopping environment for the customer.
