Job Title:
Group Marketing and Communications Executive
Summary:
A creative and ambitious individual is sought to take a positive step into their Marketing/Comms career. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the marketing efforts of all hotels and venues within the group.
Responsibilities:
* Brand Management: Adhere to and maintain all brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all channels.
* Campaigns and Events: Develop engaging campaigns and events to build brand exposure and drive footfall to key events/holidays.
* Digital Presence: Manage website content through an assigned provider, develop social media strategy, and create engaging content to drive traffic and conversion.
* Database Management: Ensure GDPR compliance and manage internal and external signage.
* Advertising: Create an annual advertising plan, develop and execute ROI-focused campaigns, and manage print advertising.
* Public Relations: Develop and maintain a PR database, manage relationships with PR, Media, and Social Influencer partners, and coordinate press visits and photoshoots.
* Event Management: Coordinate promotions and provide marketing support to event planners targeting B2B and B2C markets.
* Office Assistance: Assist with general office administration tasks and provide operational assistance for key events.
Requirements:
* Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Background in tourism/events/PR.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and administration skills.
* Motivated and results-driven individual with strong business relationship management skills.
* Strong campaign management and production skills, with knowledge of Photoshop/Canva preferred but not essential.
