About Opportunity: Global Cybersecurity (GCS) protects State Street and its clients from the impact of cyber-attacks against systems by understanding the risks these attacks present and mitigating them through a robust, continuously evolving, cybersecurity program and control environment. Cyber Identity & Access Management (IAM) is one of five functions that make up GCS. IAM designs, deploys, and continually enhances security measures for the protection of State Street's information related to its assets and customers. This IAM Risk and Controls SME, VP will sit in the GCS cyber office of CISO sub-function in IAM. This role is responsible for ensuring the robust and effective implementation of CIAM-related controls across the enterprise with deep understanding of CIAM principles, technologies and best practices, as well as strong leadership skills. Other responsibility areas are listed below. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary SME on all aspects of CIAM related controls. Coordinate CIAM related response for audit, regulatory and other reviews Maintain a deep understanding of industry best practices, regulatory requirements and emerging threats related to CIAM. Provide expert guidance and consultation to internal teams and stakeholders on CIAM control implementation and compliance. Prepare and present audit findings and regularity reports. Review, analyze and evaluate the audit and assessment findings. Coordinate with relevant SMEs to develop and evaluate proposed remediation plans with CIAM standards and technical requirement. Identify and address any gaps or inconsistencies between CIAM practices and standards. Assign and delegate tasks related to CIAM control implementation and remediation to IAM staff. Monitor and track the progress of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion. Ensure that all CIAM processes and controls adhere to established CIAM standards and technical standards. Preferred Qualifications: Extensive knowledge of CIAM principles, technologies and best practices. Proven ability to coordinate and manage complex projects. Experience in audit and regulatory compliance. Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to CIAM. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. Relevant certifications are a plus. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. 10 -12 years of extensive experience in CIAM process and technologies. Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and drive outcomes.
