Senior Architectural Technologist

The Role
You will play a key role in architectural design, BIM/Revit leadership, and project coordination to ensure technical excellence and compliance. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading BIM/Revit projects through detail design stages
* Ensuring compliance with building regulations, planning constraints & client requirements
* On-site architectural coordination with architects, engineers & contractors
* Preparing planning applications and overseeing construction phases
* Driving sustainability & technical performance in design execution
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced professional with:
* 10+ years experience in architecture or architectural technology (5+ in Ireland)
* Expertise in Revit, BIM 360, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Enscape, Twinmotion
* Strong technical & construction detailing skills
* Knowledge of Irish & UK building regulations
* Excellent communication & leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams
