Responsibilities of the Catering Food and Service Manager Ensuring the highest level of food quality, presentation, consistency, and customer service is delivered to guests Help plan external and internal marketing and sales promotion activities Drawing up staff rosters within the allocated budget Assist in planning and implementing of events and functions Training and mentoring of staff, continuing a culture of continuous improvement and upskilling Ensuring the highest hygiene standards and compliance of HACCP are maintained and documentation recorded Ordering and sourcing of produce and stock Management of costs efficiently in achieving target GP.
