You will be responsible for driving the sales process with leads obtained from various mobile carriers and other sources. You will negotiate terms of mobile cell site leases and then submits these lease terms to the Lease Processors for document preparation.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
1. Communicating with landlords: negotiating leases through inbound and outbound calls, attempting to contact landlords and sending or reviewing voicemail and emails to/from landlords
2. Preparing for calls with landlords: includes reviewing and researching existing and/or new leases using the Company's database/software system, intranet, and other various sources
3. Entering Data: entering data into the Company's database/software system and Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
4. Preparing Proposals: creating presentation packages with accurate information and sending them via email, post, etc.
What are we looking for:
5. Fluent in German
6. Enthusiastic with a desire to learn.
7. Sales and negotiation experience.
8. The ability to work independently while also being a team player.
