Where? Dublin 3 On site - 5 days a week
Base: 28,000 - 30,0000 (OTE 50,000 - 55,0000)

This is a brilliant opportunity for an energetic, customer focused star to join their B2B telesales team.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager and joining an established team, you will experience all the support and guidance necessary to over-achieve. And with a growing environment to embed yourself in, there’s plenty of future progression within the company and an opportunity to make a major impact, as well as a great commission structure. Within this role you will have opportunities to travel, as well as enjoy 25 holiday days per year!
To be considered for interview, your skills and experience will include:
* You should have some sales experience, B2B would be ideal!
* You should be familiar with forecasting, planning, and identifying new leads.
* Pro-active and self-motivated attitude towards sales targets, you will be expected to take responsibility for your individual targets.
* Outgoing personality, with strong organisational skills and a tenacious nature
* Professional and intelligent approach to work.
* Good business acumen, articulate with the ability to manage yourself.
On successful hire, your duties and responsibilities will include:
* Schedule sales opportunities with business owners/Directors to promote the business services.
* Self-generate new leads, appointments and referrals through day to day new business activity.
* Accurately build, manage and maintain your sales pipeline.
* Thrive on working in a fast paced, target focussed high energy and high reward culture.
* You will be building and growing a network of potential clients, laying the groundwork for lasting relationships.
* You will organise and attend networking events to propel this customer base.
