As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and deploying cloud infrastructure that supports business applications and services. With your strong troubleshooting skills, you will ensure the smooth operation of these systems while staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to design, develop, and deploy cloud-based infrastructure across public or private cloud platforms.
* Participate in Agile workflows to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality products.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams-including developers, engineers, and operations professionals-to ensure seamless cloud service integration.
* Contribute to design reviews and the creation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate cloud provisioning.
* Show a passion for scripting and automation, following best practices to continuously evolve cloud infrastructure.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying Cloud infrastructure, particularly on AWS, using tools such as Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation.
* Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
* Strong knowledge of AWS services, including compute, storage, networking, and databases.
* Practical experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy.
* Solid understanding of both Linux and Windows operating systems.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, a passion for continuous learning, and the ability to work well in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
* A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
* Basic understanding of networking concepts such as VPC, Subnets, Route Tables, and Security Groups, as well as AWS network services like Transit Gateway, CloudFront, Network Load Balancer, and Route 53.
* Familiarity with AWS ECS (Elastic Container Service), EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service), and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
* AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Developer, or SysOps Administrator) would be an advantage.
