Job Summary:
This is a key role within our organization where you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing orders in a timely manner, and managing customer accounts on Sage.
Responsibilities:
* Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to enquiries.
* Receive and process orders efficiently.
* Liaise with sister offices in the UK, USA, and Germany to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
* Manage customer and supplier invoices to ensure timely payment.
* Set up and manage customer accounts on Sage.
* Analyze stock movements and maintain accurate control of stock levels in conjunction with Quality and Warehouse teams.
* Process stock transfers for sales orders and other transactions.
* Assist in preparing purchase orders to prevent stock shortages.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and listening skills.
* Able to work effectively in a small team and independently.
* Strong IT skills, particularly in Sage.
Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 9.00 am - 4.30 pm
Friday: 9.00 am - 4.00 pm
Note: Salary is open to negotiation based on experience.
