Purpose of the Role:
* Support the Group Head of Corporate Brand & Communications Manager to deliver on the group strategy and the function KPIs.
* Work with the Internal Communications Manager to deliver communications strategy
* Build and drive the development of the business unit sales and marketing plans
* Support functional teams to develop internal and external communications content
* Grow internal communications, by introducing new inspiring and engaging communications channels and content
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
* Support the Group Head of Communications and Corporate Marketing to create and deliver on a communications and corporate marketing strategy for the group
* Manage groupwide marketing activities including photography, videos, tradeshows, events
* Manage the development of business unit marketing plans and activities, including strategy, content and activations.
* Support Functions and their marketing requirements
* Upgrade any group wide assets including marketing templates, powerpoints, document librarires etc.
* Manage external trade shows including Fruit Logistica and future events
* Create videos and posters for use, via canva, for use internally and externally.
* Support with group wide and BU charity/sponsorship requests and management of campaigns/activations
* Support with stakeholder marketing support including for internal senior management and external audiences.
* Work with the Internal Communications Manager on new and existing projects, including managing content for the internal communications platforms (intranet, sharepoint sites etc).
* Build a content calendar and manage the updates on various platforms both internal and external
* Review market research to understand industry and consumer trends
* Manage website content updates and review analytics and SEO opportunities
* Develop and manage the LinkedIn account for the business both at group level and individual support for employees
* Any ad-hoc duties that may be required to support the corporate brand and communications team
* To actively promote health & safety standards, engage in implementing health and safety protocols, and contribute to a risk-free work environment for all, playing a crucial role in mitigating workplace risks and promoting the well-being of all team members.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Better Food: Create inspiring, joyful content. Increase LinkedIn Followers & engagement with posts, Increase traffic to website. Increase
* Better World: Capture all charity/sponosorship requests across the business and manage their marketing support required
* Partnership: Build and monitor list of all potential media & key stakeholder partners and any potential sponsorship opportunities.
* People: Create inspiring content for internal posts. Increase People content internally across the group. Build functional and people pages. Increase employee capabilities across LinkedIn.
* Better Ways: Improve Intranet, including functional and people pages.
* Growth: Increase media presence across multiple platforms
Key Skills & Knowledge
Essential:
* 6 - 7 years' experience preferably within industry
* Achieved a minimum 2.2 in their studies at level 8 or 9 in a relevant discipline
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Be able to perform well under pressure in an ever-changing environment
* Highly accurate and fine attention to detail essential
* Candidates must speak fluent English. Additional language skills would also be desirable.
* Candidate will need their own transport as this role is primarily based in St Margaret's, Co Dublin
