The Role and Responsibilities
This is a customer-facing role that requires proactive support to the Building Management of 76 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, reporting to the Property & Facilities Management team at Savills.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining a strong work ethic and pro-active attitude to provide administrative support to the building management team.
* Providing excellent service to occupiers, visitors, and site team members.
* Operating the main reception phone system and inbox, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
* Overseeing daily administrative operations to enhance office efficiency.
* Organising meetings and scheduling key dates and events.
* Managing car park operations to ensure smooth arrival and parking for visitors.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
* Ability to prioritise tasks with good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent IT skills and software experience.
* Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
* High attention to detail and strong self-management skills.
