About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our client, a leading food manufacturer in Co.
Longford, for a maternity cover contract.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain HR strategies aligned with the companys business goals.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to meet immediate and long-term staffing needs.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation by developing and maintaining policies and procedures.
Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and supervisors.
Oversee the appraisal process, pay structures, and employee benefits.
Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports on key metrics such as turnover and absenteeism.
Identify training needs and design effective development programs to support employee growth.
Collaborate on health and wellbeing initiatives, rewards programs, and succession planning.
Promote a positive workplace culture through proactive employee engagement practices.
About You:
Qualifications: A third-level degree in HR or CIPD qualification is preferred, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
Experience:
Proven track record as a HR professional, ideally in a fast-paced or manufacturing environment.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of HR systems, employment law, and compliance.
Skills:
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
