Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with team leadership experience.
* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a diverse team.
* Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
* Proficient in using production management software and tools.
