Activities Coordinator Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to join our team at Tara Winthrop Private Clinic in Swords, North Dublin.

This is a full-time position with flexible working hours.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement arts and crafts, sports, games, music, dramatics, social recreation, hobbies, and sensory stimulation activities tailored to individual residents' needs and interests.
* Visit individual residents in their rooms to ensure their comfort and well-being.
* Evaluate group interests, adapt activities to meet participant needs, and ensure equipment and facilities are accessible and safe.
* Welcome new arrivals to activities, introduce them to other participants, explain facility rules, and encourage participation.
* Explain principles, techniques, and safety procedures to participants in recreational activities and demonstrate use of materials and equipment.
* Inform Staff Nurse if a client appears unwell during activities.
* Enlist the help of Care Assistants to re-position residents where required.
* Report and record any accidents or incidents.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Must have FETAC Level 5 or equivalent qualification.
* All successful candidates will undergo Garda vetting.
* Must have a fluent level of English, both written and oral.
* Permitted to work in Ireland.
* Relevant experience preferred.
