We are building a sustainable tomorrow by recruiting a Site Administrator to join our team in Citywest, Co. Dublin.
Your Mission
* Utilize and set up the site clocking system.
* Complete the site resource tracker each week.
* Perform general filing and office duties.
* Manage soft copy files.
* Assist managers with clerical tasks.
* Support accounts with filing, matching POs with invoices, etc.
* Handle correspondence in and out.
* Maintain general office housekeeping.
* Manage meeting rooms.
* Filing Quality Management records, material requisitions, material submittals, BCAR documentation.
* Ensure all records are completed by Site Staff and filed correctly.
Requirements
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate within a multi-disciplinary site team.
* At least 2 years' experience in a fast-paced similar role.
* Strong IT experience with Microsoft Office skills and PDF software tools.
* Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency, and strong time management skills.
* Knowledge of BIM 360 Field software is advantageous (OTJ training can be provided).
* Knowledge of snagging related to construction would be a benefit, but is not essential.
