Project Engineer Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors on site and overseeing maintenance works across the National Road Network.
Main Responsibilities:
* Site Setting Out and Supervision: Coordinate the work of subcontractors, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Project Planning and Coordination: Develop project proposals, compile budget costs, and plan and coordinate direct labour and subcontractors.
* Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with Local Authorities, TII Representatives, and other stakeholders.
* Quality and Compliance: Ensure compliance with standards, produce and maintain documentation, and manage traffic management.
* Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report subcontractor performance and quality.
Requirements:
* Education: Degree in Civil/Construction Engineering or related field.
* Experience: Experience in civil works or road maintenance.
* Skills: Familiarity with TII standards, sound knowledge of Health & Safety policies, adaptable to various tasks and travel requirements, competent in IT tools, and full driving license.
