Breakfast Chef required for well known 4* Hotel in Co Cork
1. You are responsible to Head Chef for helping managing the kitchen, ensuring the quality preparation and service of all menu items to the highest standards.
2. Hands on and enjoys the responsibility of the early morning shift; you are off home latest 3pm daily!
3. Excellent work-life balance in this role: early start, busy daytime service, no evenings.
4. To promote positive work relationships with colleagues and other departments.
5. To ensure that HACCP is implemented and documented efficiently, ensuring that all standards are maintained, and reduce food and energy wastage in the Kitchens.
6. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in a busy 4* Hotel.
