Growth Business Planner for PPD Key Accounts Ireland
We are seeking a skilled Growth Business Planner to develop and implement business plans for our key accounts in Ireland. This role requires close collaboration with the Activation Manager, Education Manager & Regional Commercial Manager to achieve our division's strategy.
Responsibilities:
* Establish partnerships and maintain close contacts with key account decision-makers
* Create proximity with customers and serve as the primary PPD representative
* Develop, plan, and execute business plans for individual accounts, including turnover, market share, GBP, and trade marketing strategies
* Built growth business plans for each customer in collaboration with the channel activation manager and present during account negotiations
* Evaluate data insights and translate them into actionable strategies with the support of supply chain and category management
* Collaborate with activation counterparts on plan implementation and communication with accounts and internally
* Manage budgets for account portfolios (sales forecast, negotiation, promotional budget, sell-out budget) with the support of supply chain and channel controller
* Prepare and lead annual negotiations with key accounts; establish necessary action plans, ensure execution, and monitor progress
About You:
* You have a business-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
* Knowledge of commercial strategies and experience working with national or key accounts
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills: ability to analyze data and work with sell-out forecast accuracy, consistency, and control
* Financial competencies and ROI-driven approach: managing customer P&L, including discounts and investments
* Experience building relationships across organizations and strong stakeholder management
* Strong planning and organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to adapt messages for different audiences
* Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work accurately under pressure and handle ambiguity
