Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care to patients in line with clinical guidelines and best practices.
Collaborate with the nursing team and contribute to daily care planning and decision-making.
Mentor and support junior nursing staff to enhance their development.
Carry out duties as delegated by the Director of Nursing, ensuring optimal patient care and safety.
Maintain accurate patient records and participate in the ongoing improvement of nursing practices within the facility.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: A minimum of 6 months' experience in General Nursing.
Qualifications: Active Nurse PIN.
Skills: Strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
