Job Title: Facilities Coordinator
Location: Client Site
Reports to: Contract Manager
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist staff in executing duties outlined on PPM and reactive Work Order requests.
* Ensure timely execution of all Work Orders within permitted parameters.
* Evaluate and approve sub-contractor invoices and verify works done (reports & dockets).
* Coordinate Service Inspections, ensuring thorough documentation and timely execution.
* Manage contractors attending site, ensuring necessary documentation is in place prior to work commencement.
* Enforce consistent compliance with company Health, Safety & Quality policies and procedures.
* Optimize utilities management, monitor, and document consumption levels.
* Effectively manage stock levels, maintaining sufficient cleaning chemicals and consumables.
* Maintain high standards of cleaning according to the company cleaning policy.
* Efficiently manage the Asset register, recording and reporting damaged FF&E.
* Record and report accidental and wilful damage promptly.
* Manage Time and Attendance records, sign off Annual leave requests, manage sick leave, and staff queries.
* Administer staff training through Human Focus.
* Demonstrate flexibility and a proactive approach to work.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Experience coordinating Hard and Soft Facilities Services.
* Proven experience in managing people and KPIs.
* A qualification in Facilities Management or a suitable business/technical field.
