Greets all guests in a friendly and professional manner.
To answer all enquires relating to the services, ensuring the highest standards in customer service at all times.
To take all bookings (phone, email and in person) for facilities, ensuring accurate bookings are made.
To deal with all administrative duties relating to membership and services Provide excellent customer service to our members and guests To carry out the end of day cash procedures and ensure all payments are recorded accurately.
The role offered is a Part Time position, due to the nature of our business, this position will require you to work weekends, early mornings and evenings.
