Requirements
* Proven sales performance record, with experience meeting targets
* Ability to motivate and lead a team
* Self-directed and organized individual with excellent administration skills
* Minimum 5 years of sales and management experience in the D2C sector
* Excellent numerical skills and account management experience
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruit and select field sales representatives
2. Manage, mentor, and train a team of 10+ residential sales reps
3. Drive sales growth in your designated region
4. Execute incentive plans and collaborate with clients on staffing and area planning
5. Improve systems and serve as a senior point of contact for local client representatives
6. Run coaching workshops and report team performance to clients
About the Client
You will be working closely with Ireland's leading dairy brand, Tirln, to create customers for their My Milk Man campaign.
