Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team in Dublin. This is a hands-on role within a dynamic and fast-paced FMCG/Heavy environment.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the Maintenance Team, including shift technicians, maintenance planners, and preventative maintenance resources.
* Plan, organize, direct, and control day-to-day activities to meet company, plant, and engineering objectives.
* Ensure effective follow-up on all maintenance-related issues.
* Interface with 3rd-party support contracts.
* Operate the Time Management System for all Maintenance personnel.
* Provide guidance and hands-on assistance on technical issues.
* Develop and drive a 5-year site Maintenance Improvement Plan to improve performance within the Maintenance Team.
* Ensure all engineering work and contracts are carried out to appropriate engineering and food safe standards.
* Meet all current Environmental Health and Safety Standards and Legislation.
* Manage site engineering systems, including calibrations, preventative maintenance activities, and KPI indicators.
* Report on Maintenance Team performance.
* Lead the Maintenance Team in development and continuous improvement to ensure all Maintenance KPIs are met.


Requirements:

* Trade or degree qualification in engineering and/or maintenance, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a dynamic plant environment.
* Experience in facilities/utilities management, automation systems, and projects.
* Experience managing engineers at all levels, along with cross-functional teams.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Ability to thrive in an environment with multiple priority tasks.
