Role Overview
We are partnering with a leading FMCG based in Drogheda to find an experienced Management Accountant. The successful candidate will be responsible for monthly accounts preparation, process bank reconciliations and manage the balance sheet.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monthly Accounts Preparation
* Process Bank Reconciliations
* Balance Sheet Management
* General Ledger Accounting
* VAT Support
* Annual Audit Responsibility
* Payroll and HR Liaison
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have experience working in an Industry-based role, preferably in an SME environment. Strong systems experience, particularly SAGE, is also advantageous.
Requirements:
* Industry-based experience (SME environment preferred)
* Strong Systems experience (SAGE advantage)
* Qualified/Part-Qualified Accountant or Qualified by Experience
* Strong Interpersonal Skills
* Strong Analytical Skills (EXCEL)
* Process Improvement Experience
* Deadline Driven/Strong Attention to Detail
Company Information
This is a busy manufacturing business that runs 365 days a year. The initial work arrangement is full-time on-site, with an option for remote working once you become familiar with the role.
