Marketing (Communications) Manager
We are seeking a Marketing (Communications) Manager to oversee plans and activities that align with our overall communications objectives.
The Role:
* Support in the development and implementation of marketing and communications plans, including annual marketing strategies in conjunction with the Head of Marketing & Communications.
* Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and partnerships.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment in messaging, brand, and goals.
* Create and manage internal communications platforms.
* Conduct regular reviews of marketing campaigns to ensure they remain aligned to business goals.
* Define, coordinate, update, and report on all marketing plans and campaigns.
* Produce engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including collaboration with the digital team.
* Ensure that all marketing materials/documentation are aligned with brand guidelines and tone of voice, reflecting the brand identity.
* Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for growth.
* Manage external agencies as required.
Requirements:
* A qualification in Marketing/Communications or a relevant discipline.
* Strong proven experience in marketing, digital, communications, and events.
* Team player with ability to work collaboratively with a range of different colleagues and stakeholders.
* Capable of hitting the ground running.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
