We are passionate about our nurses and the difference they make to the lives of patients and clients. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in assisting the operations functions, liaising between our NHS and private healthcare clients and our workers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering telephone calls and emails from clients and inputting new shift information onto our bespoke software.
* Making outbound calls to our workers to gain their availability for current and future shifts and encourage ongoing worker compliance.
* Booking workers into shifts at hospitals and other clinical settings, ensuring their skillset matches the shift requirements.
* Making outbound calls to clients to confirm worker details, establish additional demand, promote nurse availability and enhance client relationships to aid business growth.
