The role of the Fulfilment Manager is a new role due to expansion of the team and will oversee all processes relating to the movement of goods to customers including responsibility for the training and management of the team.
Fulfilment Manager Job Overview:
The Fulfillment Manager will be responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of products, from receiving and storing goods to overseeing returned items. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities will be essential in managing the day-to-day operations and improving processes.
Job responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of processing goods inwards.
* Train team members involved in fulfilment operations.
* Continuously monitor team performance and implement coaching and feedback strategies.
* Develop and optimise processes to improve efficiency and ensure error-free operations.
* Handle problem-solving across various fulfilment-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
* Work closely with the customer service manager to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Operate the Order management system and Carrier software.
* Manage return consignments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
* Maintain accurate records across our operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Skills and Responsibilities needed:
* Experience within Warehouse operations is not essential.
* Proven experience in managing teams required.
* Experience with fulfilment systems/software is a plus.
* High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality control.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
* Experience in recruitment, hiring and training employees in an operations setting.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining high standards.
