Key Responsibilities
* Drive store performance by achieving and exceeding sales targets & KPIs.
* Review sales reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Ensure an engaging shopping experience that enhances customer loyalty.
* Lead, coach, and inspire a team to deliver high standards of service and performance.
* Create a positive and motivating work environment that fosters growth.
* Identify training and development opportunities for staff progression.
Customer Experience & Brand Representation:
* Ensure exceptional customer service aligning with brand values and expectations.
* Lead by example in delivering a personalised and engaging customer journey.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations efficiently.
Operations & Store Standards:
* Manage all aspects of store operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and compliance.
* Oversee inventory management to minimize stock loss and maximize product availability.
* Ensure the store is well-presented, clean, and aligned with brand guidelines.
People & Performance Management:
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
* Develop a strong team culture through clear communication and collaboration.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and health & safety standards.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar leadership role in fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail.
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales and profitability.
* Exceptional team leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
* Strong understanding of retail operations, stock management, and visual merchandising.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
