Job Summary
What is the opportunity?
This is a great opportunity to join our team in Dublin and be part of our exciting plans to continue growing our business. RBC Brewin Dolphin specialise in providing clients with investment and financial planning advice. Wealth Governance provide control and monitoring activities which are designed to support the Wealth Governance framework, maintain standards, and ensure fair client outcomes.
Within the Wealth Governance Team, you will be supporting Front Office in delivering investment services to our clients, ensuring adherence to RBC Brewin Dolphin policies and procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
What will you do?
* Assist in the preparation of client communications, particularly in relation to client service reviews
* Production and analysis of Management Information
* Work closely with Investment Managers and IM Support Teams
* Assisting in the preparation of reports for various internal stakeholders and Committees
* Support business development through correct application of processes and procedures.
* Conduct monitoring in relation to Front Office activities using a combination of regular and exception-based monitoring.
* Review the effectiveness of controls to help identify opportunities for improvement
* Ensure all clients receive suitable advice in relation to financial planning and investment management activities.
* Ensure all clients' investments are managed in alignment to their stated risk appetite.
* Ensure all services and products remain appropriate for the client target market.
* Reviewing and enhancing business processes and policies, including Product and Service governance
* Maintenance and distribution of Management Information
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
* Experience in financial services.
* Previous administration experience desirable – although training will be provided.
* Graduate level position with a business/finance qualification
Nice-to-have
* Previous governance/monitoring administration experience.
