Head Chef
The Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in achieving exceptional food standards and departmental profitability.
The Person:
To be successful, you will need a proven track record as a Head Chef or Sous Chef with five years of working experience, demonstrating the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced guest-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the smooth running of the Kitchen, maintaining high standards across all areas.
* Motivate and lead staff to achieve their full potential.
* Maintain a safe, hygienic, and healthy working environment, adhering to HACCP and hygiene requirements.
* Supervise employees engaged in the Kitchen, overseeing food production activities for all departments.
* Develop and implement new menus, staying up-to-date with food trends and seasonal offerings.
As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for designing unique and delicious dishes that surpass competitors' offerings, while ensuring high-quality food targets are met without compromising on standards.
