Job Purpose:
To assist the Quality Operations Manager in implementing the Quality Management System and supporting the overall quality team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Monitor production and release of finished parts to ensure adherence to quality policies and procedures in accordance with the Quality Management System requirements.
* Interface with customers to achieve customer satisfaction.
* Investigate root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence for customer and internal quality issues.
* Initiate and complete CAPA, engineering change requests, and non-conformance reports as required.
* Establish and monitor inspection standards, plans, frequencies, and test methods.
* Maintain FMEAs and prepare quality system documentation.
* Support customer and surveillance accreditation audits.
* Contribute to quality planning and new product introduction from a quality perspective.
* Develop knowledge of quality management systems (ideally ISO13485) and product-related regulatory requirements.
* Foster strong relationships with customer organisations and project stakeholders.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant 3rd level qualification or equivalent quality experience, ideally in high-volume manufacturing.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently as a team player and be proactive with a solutions-driven approach.
