Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Job Overview:
The Construction Project Manager will lead all aspects of a flagship housing development, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and compliance with health and safety standards. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the housing project, from pre-construction through to completion.
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
* Ensure compliance with Irish building regulations, planning permissions, and health & safety standards.
* Oversee procurement of materials and manage supplier relationships.
* Monitor site activities to ensure quality control and address any issues promptly.
* Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management within the construction industry, preferably residential housing projects.
* Qualifications: Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* Skills: Strong knowledge of Irish building codes and regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities. Proficient in project management tools and software.
* Attributes: Results-driven with a strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
