Project Management Specialist - Demand Manager
This is a critical role in ensuring the success of Assistance initiatives, focusing on prioritization and planning of demands, optimization of business benefits, and shaping the global investment view.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support and maintain demand management strategy, policies, and tools.
* Prioritize annual IT change initiatives through the QBR process, working with Line of Business (LoB) and Chief Technology Office area.
* Steer PD and PIC processes, manage demand across suppliers and business units, and ensure portfolio alignment with PPM processes and governance.
* Track budget planning and consumption, ensure requirements are ready for effective delivery of agreed changes.
* Facilitate high-level design and estimation of business demands, translate LoB strategy into a change roadmap.
Requirements:
* Experience in Assistance processes; RSA experience preferred.
* Able to challenge and validate demands, possess good knowledge of ABS and similar systems.
* JIRA knowledge is an advantage.
* Excellent communication skills, team player, problem solver, and proactive attitude.
