PE Global is delighted to be working with our client, a dedicated data centre delivery partner providing turnkey solutions throughout Europe. We are currently seeking a Bid Coordinator.
About Our Client
Our client specializes in providing turnkey data centre solutions, offering services from design through construction across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical disciplines as well as commissioning.
Job Requirements
* Coordinate the tender document elements by communicating with various contacts to gather draft information for review by the Bid Manager.
* Prepare content for bid submission: collaborate with estimating team, design manager, and graphic designer to compile a successful tender document.
* Collaborate with the graphic design team to originate visual supports for inclusion as necessary.
* Post-submission, review and learn from the submission process to continuously improve processes and submissions.
* Work with the Bid Manager to update and improve the database for enhanced future proposal development efficiency.
* Stay up-to-date with proposal management tools and technologies to optimize efficiency and enhance proposal quality.
Skills and Qualifications
* 3+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally in a construction or engineering environment.
* Excellent written communication, time management, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work to deadlines and project demands to meet business needs.
* Attention to detail in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
* Ability to effectively engage with diverse teams of senior individuals.
* Ability to work independently, proactively, and committed to assignment completion.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams) is essential.
* Proficiency in InDesign is desirable but not essential.
