As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth by identifying opportunities and securing service contracts in the open market.
You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and build lasting relationships that contribute to our clients success.
Responsibilities Identify, pursue, and secure new service contracts for elevator and escalator maintenance in the open market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, facility managers, and other stakeholders.
Develop customized service offerings that align with client requirements and demonstrate value.
Convert newly installed lifts into ongoing maintenance contracts.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to refine sales strategies.
Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts effectively.
Work with technical and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Constantly monitor competitor activity.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, reporting progress to senior management.
Qualifications and Experience Proven experience in service sales, with a strong focus on winning contracts in a competitive market.
Background in the elevator, escalator, or facilities management industry is highly desirable.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Strong business acumen and an understanding of market dynamics.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
