At Wexford Local Development, Monitoring & Evaluation plays a vital role in our operations. We report to our funders on the impact of our work with clients through IT systems that provide real-time updates on beneficiaries and activity levels. Our dedicated systems include:
* Social Inclusion and Communication Activation Programme – IRIS
* Local Employment Service – BOMi4
* LEADER Programme – currently under development
In 2015, we embarked on a comprehensive project to track and measure client progress through our programmes. The system streamlines referral and caseload management processes, enabling us to focus on integrated approaches with our clients.
We successfully implemented our system on the Salesforce CRM platform in July 2015. This cloud-based system allows us to uniquely analyse our work based on supported individuals and groups, as well as resource investments for each client's progression goals.
This reporting tool empowers us to monitor and evaluate our work quantitatively and qualitatively, tailoring supports to achieve desired outcomes. As the system evolves, we aim to expand its scope to include value-for-money measures and tracking of soft outcomes such as increased confidence and knowledge.
