Office and Logistics Administrator
We are looking for an experienced Office and Logistics Administrator to join our team. This role is a permanent office-based position.
Reporting to the Financial Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high quality and efficient processing of orders, transportation and delivery as well as other office duties.
Role and Responsibilities include:
1. Placing orders with suppliers
2. Coordinating collections and deliveries of products
3. Ensuring service meets quality standards, and compliance within GMP+ and DAFM regulations
4. Answering and responding to customer queries – redirecting where necessary
5. Inventory management and stock reconciliations
6. Ad hoc duties as requested by management
Skills & Experience required:
1. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
2. Team player with a can-do attitude who excels in a busy office environment
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
4. Excellent communication, customer service and client relations skills
5. Ability to work on their own initiative and take ownership of the role
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Products essential: The successful candidate must demonstrate advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
