Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time role in Dublin 12.
The role is fully office-based.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing and processing responses to queries and enquiries from customers
2. Reviewing and verifying all Sales Orders and deals coming through the system
3. Managing and processing responses to queries on stock to be distributed directly or to the Sales team
4. Monthly Invoicing and Sales Analysis
5. Working with our Keyloop Dealer Management System (DMS)
6. Processing registrations with Revenue
7. Regular communications with other Departments and Commercial Finance ensuring the process runs effectively
8. Working with the Sales team to get tasks completed and ensure smooth and efficient running of the department.
The Person
1. Proven success working in a customer service/sales administration role for at least 2 years
2. Proficiency with office applications and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
3. Knowledge of DMS - Kerridge/Keyloop would be an advantage
4. Highly organised - ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities
5. Enjoys a fast-paced, high-energy environment, and can work to deadlines
6. Knowledge and experience of working in the motor trade would be of benefit
7. Good written and verbal communication skills in English
8. You will need to be adaptable and flexible to work in an ever-changing market
