Hinchys is a multi-franchise Kia and Suzuki main dealer. We have two dealerships, one in Garryspillane, Knocklong, Co. Limerick and one on the Ennis Road in Limerick City. Other services include Bodyshop, Circle K Filling Station, CVRT Testing & 24 hour Recovery.
We are looking for self-motivated individuals to join our expanding team at our Garryspillane branch in the following roles:
- Trainee Service Advisor
- Experienced Service Advisor
The successful candidate will be customer focused and capable of delivering and exceeding our service customer expectations.
Responsibilities
1. Booking vehicles for Service/Warranty/CVRT testing
2. Processing customer payments
3. Sales invoicing
4. Customer Service
5. Advising customers on repair work and costs
Requirements
1. Attention to detail
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Computer skills
4. Previous hospitality or motor industry experience may be an advantage
5. Full in-house training and Manufacturer training will be provided
