Project Manager Role
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the transformation of our organisation in response to strategic, discretionary, and mandated initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including problem analysis and definition, developing project schedules and milestones, and driving end-to-end integration of various work streams to deliver the intended project solution.
* Manage the creation of Jira stories, ensuring documentation from requirements to implementation meets enterprise change standards and maintaining traceability.
* Identify and manage project risks and issues, develop and implement testing strategies, and coordinate activities across stakeholder groups.
* Communicate progress against plan, RAIDS, and budget utilization to stakeholders through working groups, governance, and executive reporting.
* Conduct post-implementation reviews to draw out lessons learnt and ensure benefit realization, and participate in continuous improvement of change management processes and quality standards.
Requirements
* Experience working in Global Market Operations and/or project or change management.
* Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills with individuals across the organisation.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
* Inquisitive mind-set with a strong desire for process improvement.
* Experience of the Agile software delivery methodology and Jira will be advantageous.
* Executive reporting and presentation skills will be advantageous.
