Key Responsibilities
* Lead small-scale projects from concept to completion with an organized and proactive approach, collaborating with key stakeholders and delivering project plans that meet/exceed expectations.
* Create presentations via PowerPoint to document project updates and communicate key ideas.
* Support lease transactions, lease administration activities, and critical real estate metrics as a partner to the Director of Real Estate, Asia and Americas.
* Maintain internal CRE benchmark data points around lease transactions and construction projects.
* Manage vendor partner relationships with contractors, architects, furniture vendors, building management, etc.
* Assist in annual CAPEX/OPEX budget development and presentation, tracking department expenses to budget.
* Partner with IT and Office Manager/Admin teams.
* Support Firmwide initiatives requiring a CRE lens (EMS, Hybrid work, Evolution in Workplace, ESG, FM Application, M&A, etc.).
* Support facilities-related day-to-day needs, including overseeing office repair and maintenance issues in partnership with the Office Management team.
Requirements
* BA/BS preferred with a minimum of three years of experience in architecture, construction, corporate real estate, interior design, or project management.
* Ability to synthesize information and up-channel as appropriate, communicating succinctly with intention and purpose.
* Ability to prioritize multiple workstreams and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, solve issues creatively, and collaborate with others.
* Critical eye for detail and keen sense for the big picture, contributing to the evolution and innovation of a changing workplace environment.
* Excellent customer service commitment.
* Ability to listen to customer needs and drive win-win solutions, balancing need, value, cost, consistency, Brand, etc.
* Robust budget/financial planning acumen, including tracking to internal/external benchmarks and keeping accurate records.
* Demonstrate strong project management skills, including managing budgets, project timing, and quality deliverables.
* Proficient Excel and PowerPoint skills and comfort with technology platforms and applications.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Core working hours are 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday; willingness to work outside normal U.S. business hours as unique projects/needs arise.
* Ability to work full-time in an office and remote environment, physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday.
